Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, as this time has been reserved just for you. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service and may be transferred to a new appointment as long as the appointment is rescheduled within the 48-hour policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to reschedule within the required timeframe will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to rebook. If an appointment is rescheduled more than 3 times, a new deposit may be required to book another appointment, or future appointments may be declined at my discretion. This helps keep my schedule fair and available for all clients. I truly understand that life happens and unexpected things come up! Thank you so much for respecting my time and my business.
